Modular Housing

Climate-Resilient Housing Systems for a Changing World

Deployable, cyclone-resistant modular housing designed for disaster recovery, remote communities, and scalable developments — powered by advanced Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) technology.

Barkly Housing Systems — Enabled by SipsPacific

The Housing Gap is Accelerating

Across the Pacific and cyclone-prone regions worldwide, communities face a growing shortage of resilient, affordable housing. Traditional construction is too slow, labour-intensive, and vulnerable to extreme weather.

Disaster recovery, remote development, and social housing now require a different approach — one designed for speed, durability, and deployment at scale.

Barkly Rapid Deploy Housing System
